System Overview
Once connected, GB7ESC‑1 provides a suite of packet radio services designed for both casual users and experienced operators.
📡 Node Routing & Forwarding
Seamlessly connect to other BPQ nodes across the network. Use N to list available nodes and C to initiate a link. Routing tables are updated regularly for reliable paths.
💬 Chat & Mail Services
Engage in real‑time chat with other connected users or access your personal mailbox. Use C to enter the chat room or M for mail.
📬 BBS Access
Browse bulletins, post messages, and retrieve information from the local BBS. Enter B to launch the BBS interface. You can send private messages or post bulletins directly.
🌐 Gateway Links
Connect to internet‑linked services or cross‑band nodes (when enabled). These may include telnet gateways, HF forwarding, or APRS integration depending on current configuration.
